I am writing this letter to you and all the employees of BuildABronco.com to extend my personal appreciation and gratitude for all of the great customer service and communication you have provided to me and my family. 

I received all the answers to my many e-mails and phone calls prior to purchasing my 1972 Silver Bronco Sport from BuildABronco.com, but it did not stop there.  I received fair and quick pricing on additional options that I was interested in adding, as well as a fast turn around to have these additions installed, tested, painted, etc.

You and your guys were very helpful with the coordination of vehicle transportation and pick up for the long trip to Arizona.  Vehicle preparation, protection of exterior parts, packaging of soft top materials, etc. were all handled extremely well. 

After we received the vehicle, we had questions and some minor corrections and repairs that needed to be taken care of.  Even though the vehicle was purchased as-is and you were clearly not under any commitment to resolve any of these issues, you and your team have been extremely cooperative and helpful to the extent of sending replacement parts, additional cosmetic items, and tons of helpful information and direction for any items I have had issues with to make sure the truck I bought was as I expected. 

Being a small business owner myself, I realize how important customer satisfaction is for all customers and I wanted to take the time to let you know how great my experience with BuildABronco.com was.  I have had nothing but 110% customer satisfaction and wanted to make sure you, your employees, past customers, as well as future customers, all understand the pride and time you take to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
